I just wanted to take a minute and Thank You again.

In the world of real estate and lending it is not always apparent as to how proficient some people really are. As the lender on several of your transactions I was often annoyed as to how often you “wanted to know” what was going on with your deals.

However, it was this same attitude that told me to entrust my daughter’s first purchase to you. Now that it is over and she is settled, I appreciate every thing you did.

As a lender, I work with many real estate agents/brokers and must remain neutral in my opinions.
